Someone recommend me a game where people who reload their magazines after every 3-5 shots get penalized for being such plebs.

Reloads shouldn’t be really slow
But tactical reloads aren't always ineffective.
Tarkov reloading can be TOO slow at times
They're effective if you know a firefight is coming and need to change from 15-20 rounds back to 30 rounds next magazine.
@Angry. Games should have both fast and slow reloads where you can keep or lose mags.
