Yeah they are lmao, they say they aren't to sell you meds

2019-10-29 21:45:17 UTC

then when they got married they opened a little store

2019-10-29 21:45:24 UTC

but it was only enough to pay the rent

2019-10-29 21:45:28 UTC

You're legit the people who tell depressed people to drink more water.

2019-10-29 21:45:32 UTC

my mom came from a low class household

2019-10-29 21:45:32 UTC

Where do you think these chemicals come from, largely from the gut

2019-10-29 21:45:37 UTC

We know that certain activities induce more or less production of certain hormones and chemicals

2019-10-29 21:45:41 UTC

Nah drinking water is bad in general, you don't need much

2019-10-29 21:45:42 UTC

and my dad was from a more or less rich middle class family

2019-10-29 21:45:50 UTC

I literally cured my depression and anxiety with diet only

2019-10-29 21:45:57 UTC

MMW will tell you that depression comes from inflammation in the body

2019-10-29 21:45:59 UTC

but wealth can dissipate generationally when the head of the household has no replacement

2019-10-29 21:46:03 UTC

Okay

2019-10-29 21:46:05 UTC

working out everyday, diet and sleep fix pretty much every problem

2019-10-29 21:46:31 UTC

@Str3tch it literally does

2019-10-29 21:46:34 UTC

in the case of SAD

2019-10-29 21:46:39 UTC

I used to have depression years ago

2019-10-29 21:46:46 UTC

yeah brain inflammation is no good

2019-10-29 21:46:50 UTC

I can basically vouch that it is physical and not actually psychological

2019-10-29 21:46:58 UTC

Psychological = physical

2019-10-29 21:47:07 UTC

i never gave much consideration to the topic

2019-10-29 21:47:13 UTC

I doubt very seriously that its a purely psychological or neurotransmitter thing

2019-10-29 21:47:13 UTC

Dosen't matter. Chemical imbalances are unavoidable. Many can only be corrected with medication, and there's no reason why we shouldn't correct them with medication, other than spooky morals.

2019-10-29 21:47:15 UTC

in fact one of the things that helped me was eating more, eating more protein, drinking water instead of sugar

2019-10-29 21:47:16 UTC

from my experience

2019-10-29 21:47:27 UTC

also being social and especially the number one thing...

2019-10-29 21:47:29 UTC

sleeping more

2019-10-29 21:47:33 UTC

Because medication has side effects, it's much better to just fix the cause

2019-10-29 21:47:37 UTC

Anecdotes.

2019-10-29 21:47:39 UTC

that's my problem, sleep

2019-10-29 21:47:40 UTC

if you really want to sleep in then do it, and you will feel better

2019-10-29 21:47:46 UTC

david duke harps about that

2019-10-29 21:47:55 UTC

I was actually selectively mute when I was 14/15/16 and couldn't even speak to people in public

2019-10-29 21:47:59 UTC

Weaboo its obviously environmental

2019-10-29 21:48:00 UTC

To fix your sleep just get enough sunlight during the day

2019-10-29 21:48:00 UTC

lol

2019-10-29 21:48:01 UTC

a lot of the people with depression are overwhelmed and exhausted by their daily routines

2019-10-29 21:48:02 UTC

@Sytze Side effects really aren't that bad and only occur in a few users.

2019-10-29 21:48:02 UTC

Going outdoors was a huge hassle for me

2019-10-29 21:48:10 UTC

just look at the depression rates over time
