Before you form an actual physical community by moving together, you need to have a working, real life community already. Having local HQs makes facilitates activism, since you can organize meetings, events once a week if you want, having a place where to keep all the stuff for propaganda and charity and such. It's not really realistic to expect people to move in with strangers. Forming that real life nationalist parallel community is the first and most important thing. If you decide to concentrate members in some area, it makes planning and working for that project easier as well.

With an HQ you can have nazi BBQs or movie nights several times a week if you want. It doesn't even have to be strictly nazi activism, but being able to constantly offer some enjoyable things to do with your fellow white community helps cement the interpersonal relations.

Well that's the idea, have a staging point and get people together by getting them jobs and places after landing them in a spot

You don't even necessarily need a huge compound at first, renting some cheap space for the party's local chapters should be a piece of cake.
