Black ass dude comes up and asks about my white lives matter shirt

And I just started talking about how we were doing protests and demos and what we were really about as opposed to how the media portrays us

This dude actually listened and didn’t just load up rebuttals

He had respect for my honesty and openness and how I was able to talk to him and shake hands and be a gentlemen even though I wish our races lived apart

Again. Not his beliefs at all but respected the realness

Now we say what’s up and a sentence or two if we pass in town

But we never ever hang out or anything
