stupid fucking chink internet. i can get 3mb/s on steam because theres a server in my city - but after about a minute it tanks to like 3kb/s, or even just sits at 0

i reboot steam, fast for a minute, then gone

any program i use

its like the company sees me downloading something and hits the switch

for best usage, i sit here and watch it. when it drops to 5kb/s, i restart steam, and boom back to 3/mbs

did the same shit on origin so i know its not the program
