Koreans in my experience are kind of better because of conscription, I think. Maybe they need something like that to get the shit slapped out of them for a bit.

so that uh, inability to speak was more prominent

Imagine Chinese female workplaces are similar. Don't really see many mainlander transfers working in my area though
