's kinda hard to fuck up a headphone amp design unless you're making it to drive really high impedance low sensitivity headphones

unless they _really_ fucked up the design somehow or used actual recycled garbage parts with wildly incorrect values, should be about on par with a cmoy

@凛音 yo, you can crack the plastic on the 668b and solder on a new plug, if it's worth it to you. I've seen the drivers re-wired by autismophiles and boutique-cable memesters. In your case, you could repurpose one of the wires that came with the headphones.

I'm not really into headphones, my best background for comparation would be AKG K430s. Do someone know how the 681s compare to them?

The cable on them is really shitty, there is a kind of knot on the cable inside the housing that makes the headphone stop working with time
