When people try to identify it with the Marxist version, which is economically collectivist, anti-nationalist aka globalist, and anti-traditionalist, the only place on the matrix it shares is being authoritarian.
Unfortunately in the vernacular, anything authoritarian gets lumped together under "fascism," which basically shows the ignorance of most commenters and the laxity of our educational system.

I'm not sure what you're injection molding, but I worked in bit of IM several years ago and I kid you not, we were making foil-embossed plastic nametags, cake picks and swizzle sticks for commercial use. Very unfulfilling work, plus my boss was some kind of *stani and barely understandable when he spoke.
