Eric Garcetti is a failure as a mayor and has no intersectional points. He'd be stupid to run for president. For reference, to why he's failure as a mayor: homelessness increased under his tenure, taxes went up, hes been involved in numerous corruption issues (developers getting special permission to build who also donated heavily to his campaign).

I think crime went up under his watch to, but I'm less sure my position on that one
