Hey, I'm looking into Rebuilding a laptop battery and was wondering what's the highest legit mAH rating for those 18650 cells. I see one's as high as 3400mAH, and I remember there being some on Gearbest / aliexpress that were rated higher than you could actually get.
gtf ones are rated as 9800 but are actually 980
