it is legit

2017-02-15 21:46:39 UTC

it dosent take pictures in the best quality

2017-02-15 21:46:47 UTC

but its mostly made for filming

2017-02-15 21:47:02 UTC

I have a clip I uploaded on jewtube wait

2017-02-15 21:47:37 UTC

Oh thanks based Mao, I´m looking to record timelapses at 4k mainly

2017-02-15 21:47:42 UTC

see for yourself if you think it looks good

2017-02-15 21:47:47 UTC

oh 4k

2017-02-15 21:47:53 UTC

i have the first verion its 1080p max

2017-02-15 21:47:58 UTC

dont know much of the Yi II

2017-02-15 21:48:23 UTC

the yi is actually really good from reviews i have seen when i wanted to buy one recently

2017-02-15 21:48:43 UTC

ended up giving up cause i realised i dont have something to record

2017-02-15 21:49:10 UTC

Ur footage doesnt look bad might aswell give up the 4k for a cheaper version

2017-02-15 21:49:12 UTC

but if you go around filming you will need proper charging solutions

2017-02-15 21:52:11 UTC

Yeah I was lookingf for repaceable batteries

2017-02-15 21:52:50 UTC

the problem with 4K is storing and uploading it

2017-02-15 21:53:06 UTC

you need like 128gb sd card and high as fuck upload internet connection

2017-02-15 21:53:11 UTC

for it to be worth it

2017-02-15 21:53:14 UTC

imo

2017-02-15 21:55:25 UTC

Shit I just noticed it only does 4K/30fps

2017-02-15 21:55:49 UTC

4k is too much except if you have a proper channel dedicated for footage from action cameras

2017-02-15 21:56:31 UTC

Nah I dont plan onto uploading it, just record for the keks and memories

2017-02-15 22:04:12 UTC

@csculley if u decide to resolder be careful with stranded wire. the specific heat for solder to become a liquid is higher than the strands and makes the strands super brittle and will break and fall off 1-6 hours later

2017-02-15 22:04:40 UTC

guy got memed to buy a Zuk Z2 and regrets it

2017-02-15 22:04:43 UTC

i fucking knew it

2017-02-15 22:04:53 UTC

@Joldberg what to do in that case?

2017-02-15 22:05:03 UTC

fuck ur self

2017-02-15 22:05:16 UTC

solder that melts easier?

2017-02-15 22:05:26 UTC

lol

2017-02-15 22:05:34 UTC

im a retard sorry

2017-02-15 22:07:39 UTC

we were all there once. id strip like .5 cm and intertwine the strands and electrical tape it up

2017-02-15 22:07:51 UTC

ull probs have to replace the tape tho

2017-02-15 22:10:25 UTC

ah I meant soldering on the circuit board

2017-02-15 22:10:34 UTC

I probably won't mess around with frayed wires in that case

2017-02-15 22:11:02 UTC

i thought you were talking about cold solders on the circuit board or something

2017-02-15 22:12:05 UTC

orrr, u could get an individual terminal block and screw the wires down and tape up the block in e-tape

2017-02-15 22:12:59 UTC

got my first roadblock, the audio gets distorted if I play anything other than straight music or something from my computer

2017-02-15 22:13:08 UTC

I tried it with a game and it was all distorted

2017-02-15 22:13:25 UTC

although this may be because of the crappy bluetooth dongle I got for $0.01

2017-02-15 22:13:47 UTC

on my phone it works perfectly with no lag or anything as far as I've gone

2017-02-15 22:14:31 UTC

IDid they fix the exploding mi issue that happened a while ago?
