Lol @mcguyver123 did you see @Trash Squid 's program he posted above? Pretty solid. I got you on an exclusively hypertrophy based program. But squid's program works on endurance, hypertrophy, and neurological (strength) training with a very good progression scheme.

@NovaSoldier it's brutal. Online google searches compare a mile swimming to the cardiovascular equivalent of running 3 miles. Though, swimming wont translate to running longer, as different muscles are at play. But it would increase the amount of red blood cells you create, so your oxygen carrying capacity would increase, which would carry over. Food for thought

Yeah pace running is better for that. I ran 1.5 in about 14 yesterday
