2017-03-07 17:29:43 UTC

2017-03-07 17:30:06 UTC

2017-03-07 18:01:06 UTC

it's already bootable in cemu

2017-03-07 18:01:16 UTC

2017-03-07 18:22:00 UTC

I love it when chinks do stuff like this

2017-03-07 18:22:05 UTC

it's true though

2017-03-07 18:22:16 UTC

and it's bound to trigger people, that's the best thing

2017-03-07 18:45:57 UTC

god bless the patriarchy

2017-03-07 18:48:59 UTC

2017-03-07 18:52:08 UTC

@Joldberg I cleaned the inside of my PC forgetting to disconnect it from the power supply once

2017-03-07 18:52:09 UTC

that's @Phatique

2017-03-07 18:52:12 UTC

a little static won't bother me after that experience

2017-03-07 18:52:16 UTC

I think it's still on its way

2017-03-07 19:03:18 UTC

Kailh Black or Gateron Brown?

2017-03-07 19:03:39 UTC

which clone is better quality and which switch color is better for gaming+writing lots of essays?

2017-03-07 19:03:51 UTC

idk anything about mechanicals so this will be my first board

2017-03-07 19:11:29 UTC

Gateron are better quality switches in general

2017-03-07 19:11:40 UTC

From what I've heard gateron browns are better than cherry browns.

2017-03-07 19:11:49 UTC

never used kailh myself but I heard they're pretty shit

2017-03-07 19:11:53 UTC

get gaterons

2017-03-07 19:12:32 UTC

>which switch color is better for gaming+writing lots of essays
certain switch colours being better for gaming is mostly a meme

2017-03-07 19:12:38 UTC

just get whatever you like

2017-03-07 19:12:40 UTC

Blacks are only good if you have a tendency to type heavily. They're really high resistance.

2017-03-07 19:12:45 UTC

I game with gateron blues

2017-03-07 19:12:50 UTC

no problem

2017-03-07 19:14:04 UTC
2017-03-07 19:14:23 UTC

hmm I also don't want loud switches

2017-03-07 19:14:48 UTC

Reds are typically referred to as the gaming switch, but blues have a lighter resistance, and shorter actuation. Browns and blues are great if you like the tactile bump, blues also having the audible click. They're kind of like training wheels, honestly. Only switches that click are blues.

2017-03-07 19:15:05 UTC

Blue gaterons are pretty damn loud, just so you know

2017-03-07 19:15:10 UTC

louder than cherries

2017-03-07 19:15:15 UTC

I think it's because of the housing

2017-03-07 19:15:41 UTC

are brown gaterons loud? I don't mind a bump but I hate when I'm in a call with a teammate and all I hear is a machinegun going off

2017-03-07 19:15:54 UTC

and do o-rings work?

2017-03-07 19:15:58 UTC

If you want quiet keys, you'll want to get o rings to help dampen bottoming out your keys.

2017-03-07 19:16:01 UTC

Get a gateron switch tester if you want to make sure

2017-03-07 19:16:19 UTC

not a fan of o rinngs myself because of how rubber they key the keys feel
