For example, here in Finland all gambling is under monopoly from government, but the profit does not go to government

2017-03-12 18:13:32 UTC

it goes to NGO's such as Somalian Refugee Association and such

2017-03-12 18:14:28 UTC

>Somalian Refugee

2017-03-12 18:14:52 UTC

it's like they're racing against the rest of europe to become third world by 2020

2017-03-12 18:18:35 UTC

its easy to say it like that when its only small margin what goes to refugees

2017-03-12 18:19:19 UTC

and rest are actualy relief funds and christian support groups, youth help groups and support living

2017-03-12 18:20:00 UTC

tldr people speaking shit about RAY (that said local gambling monopoly) who dont know shit nor want to find out actualy where their funds go

2017-03-12 18:20:51 UTC

easy to believe all makebelieve and isolated parts from whole truth who server only personal gain

2017-03-12 18:21:00 UTC

and refuse to view the whole point of it

2017-03-12 18:21:11 UTC

I never really got the point of it

2017-03-12 18:21:38 UTC

rays main function is to gambling (large casinos and such) from forming up

2017-03-12 18:21:42 UTC

why not return the money to government, instead of let the RAY local bosses choose random "charities" to donate to

2017-03-12 18:21:54 UTC

and on side gather money from those who enjoy some gamble time to time

2017-03-12 18:22:09 UTC

its actualy damn large list where the RAYs money go

2017-03-12 18:22:16 UTC

they dont really choose it

2017-03-12 18:22:19 UTC

gov.does

2017-03-12 18:23:00 UTC

they give gov list > gov gives back a list >they choose from that iirc

2017-03-12 18:24:16 UTC

you worked for RAY?

2017-03-12 18:24:57 UTC

I have friend working for them, he defends the system just as fervently

2017-03-12 18:34:56 UTC

keep this chat /csg/ related folks

2017-03-12 18:35:01 UTC

we have <#189467888657235970>

2017-03-12 18:37:51 UTC

@testtest nope never ever have been related to their work

2017-03-12 18:38:12 UTC

just speaking from knowledge (used to work at town hall and saw the papers more than once from local rays work)

2017-03-12 18:39:42 UTC

just that the list of places the money goes is like 2-3 pages long

2017-03-12 18:39:53 UTC

and the ammounts are relatively small to each group

2017-03-12 18:40:21 UTC

usualy the Blind, invalids and mental ilness help gets most of it

2017-03-12 18:40:36 UTC

sure there are places where id love to cut the moneyflow too

2017-03-12 18:41:17 UTC

(SPR,politicaly 1 sided corporations,church stuyff,etc etc etc)

2017-03-12 18:42:03 UTC

on that church stuff im not really sure

2017-03-12 18:42:17 UTC

even tho its forced on many people it still helps fuck ton of people by food-aid and such

2017-03-12 18:42:30 UTC

and the food-aid lines are growing longer and longer each year

2017-03-12 18:42:35 UTC

that is quite sad sight to see

2017-03-12 18:48:18 UTC

also those who get the money need to report to Goverment where and how every single cent was used

2017-03-12 18:48:45 UTC

ammount of checked corporations is around 800 per year

2017-03-12 18:49:06 UTC

Should welfare, social work, food aid, housing really be left to undemocratic NGO's instead of state and municipalities? I simply think that would the money, which is essentially like tax money, be used by public sector, instead of third sector, it would be spent better.

2017-03-12 18:49:35 UTC

they are under state good sir

2017-03-12 18:49:51 UTC

ray is just way of sharing the control smaller autonomoys patches

2017-03-12 18:51:05 UTC

giving what ? 250 million euros around the place where largest yearly donation to single entity (y-säätiö in this case what gives housing and "first aid" to homeless and thrown out people) is mere 5 million or so

2017-03-12 18:51:31 UTC

imagine the workhours at "large house" when they would be required to vote about that shit

2017-03-12 18:51:48 UTC

these NGO's are private organizations, they might report how they spend their money to the state, but that does not make them "under state"

2017-03-12 18:51:51 UTC

somethings are just easier to solve when made in to corporate enviroment
