I was faced with the "choice" of uninstalling apps so the others could update and continue to function or..... basicaly have non eof them functional because of laxk of updates so not really much of a choice

it won't really help you get fit

you need to move your lazy ass and do stuff for that

the feature I like the most is vibration for calls and messages since I can't usually feel my phone vibrating

it'll help you get fit in that you set how many steps a day

and you make it your goal to reach those steps

like if you need 1000 more steps to reach your goal, you'll go walk around more
