And the Pacific is due West of my location.

There is Lake Mead but its either Dirty in some areas or littered with Desert Thorn Weeds.

AND there are people who live on the lake as well.

I live 2 minutes from a river, half an hour from a lake and an hour and a half from the ocean

I live 5 hours from the Ocean and about 15 minutes from Lake Mead.

Though I could go to Tahoe but then that is further North in Nevada.

And could take 4 days via Greyhound.

I live a good 10 minutes from Mt. Charleston.

Which is part of a very long Mountain range in Vegas.

I met some peolpe hiking the appalachin trail, some say they were on the trail for half the year...

I think that is nuts

but I use to go to Mount Charleston almost every weekend when I lived in Vegas
