What's the best way to brew after gongfu
and how much can you brew with 20g
the other main way is "western" brewing, which is really just steeping it in water for about 3 mins. 5g/350ml/3 mins are typical paramters.
but I prefer gongfu much more anyway
7g/130ml/25 seconds, adding 5 seconds each steep for oolong
or 15 seconds, add 5 secs each steep for puer

not at all, in my experience. the amount of water left over is negligible

do try the jin xuan gongfu style at least once though
I tried both methods and gongfu was just amazing
lasted me like 7 steeps before losing flavour
you can just do it with another cup if you dont have equipment
also, /ck/ has a tea general
snort tea leaves for the most fufilling experience
is the amount of leaves and steep time the only difference between the two?
