Anything shipped thru shitty mail services will usually be customs-free unless it's fuck-huge or something illegal (seeds, food, etc)

the costly (but way faster) services like DHL almost always hit you with customs

It's 4-5x as faster as the free/cheap services

But if the item requires in any way to pay taxes/customs, it *will* require you to pay those

While on free services, they usually care a lot less
