Used maybe, cheapest new revolver in a more serious caliber than .22 is like 250ish, cheapest new semi auto pistol is like 150, but that's a really gross and meme tier gun no one really takes seriously. Maybe a Turk import for 100 but then you get into some pretty weak calibers that will still work but wouldn't be ideal.

Lots of cheap guns used though.
