Do you have US devices that must work in the EU or EU devices that must work in the US?
Also which EU country? There is an EU plug but it's far away from being adopted everywhere. In Italy for example, you'll have bad luck.
Consider if you really need an earthed adapter because the non-earthed slim plug has a much higher compatibility between EU countries

Not sure how far away you are from Germany but if you are willing to pay 15 Eur, German Mediamarkt hast one for the same price where you can remove and plug in the earth pin as needed and you can slightly flip the other pins to make it also fit for China
