i like how the minutes are positioned

2018-05-01 14:55:49 UTC

Mmhmm. 😃 I'm curious to see how well a <$20 Automatic will keep time.

2018-05-01 14:56:19 UTC

Did you check the movement? I can't find any information about it

2018-05-01 14:56:35 UTC

I think even a cheap seagull movement would cost more than 20 bucks

2018-05-01 14:56:45 UTC

Movement Type: Self-winding

2018-05-01 14:56:48 UTC

lul

2018-05-01 14:57:30 UTC

😭 The instructions/info that came with it were generic.

2018-05-01 14:57:38 UTC

on amazon tho

2018-05-01 14:57:39 UTC

Movement Type: Hand-winding

2018-05-01 14:57:43 UTC

<:hmm:346343150052311050>

2018-05-01 14:58:19 UTC

They seem to have watches with auto and manual

2018-05-01 14:58:33 UTC

yeah

2018-05-01 14:58:49 UTC

it winds up by hand movement dear <:alismirk:230784726615588865>

2018-05-01 14:59:25 UTC

Lewd

2018-05-01 15:01:53 UTC

🤔 It says it's automatic but to hand-wind before bad

2018-05-01 15:03:21 UTC

Probably the power reserve is dogshit so if your movement won't fully wind it, it'll die during the night

2018-05-01 15:03:55 UTC

Probably. But that's okay since I don't have a watch winder and like to rotate watches anyway. 😄

2018-05-01 15:04:32 UTC

Yeah, auto without manual wind is pretty annoying unless it's your only watch

2018-05-01 15:04:40 UTC

Woo

2018-05-01 15:04:51 UTC

TS100 soldering iron in the UK, might get it by thursday

2018-05-01 15:05:19 UTC

How much, my man?

2018-05-01 15:05:47 UTC

that's like a $16 watch

2018-05-01 15:05:54 UTC

+/- maybe $2

2018-05-01 15:06:07 UTC

Yeah, I'm asking about the iron

2018-05-01 15:06:09 UTC

What can 272 bongo points get me?

2018-05-01 15:06:36 UTC

@Millwood $40? plus some accessories. I already have a laptop power supply I can use as a power source

2018-05-01 15:07:09 UTC

Ok, thanks. I might pick one up

2018-05-01 15:08:12 UTC

Get a laptop power supply with the same jack, or get the XT-60 adapter and solder an XT60 plug onto your laptop power supply.

2018-05-01 15:09:00 UTC

I've made an adapter which has a dell socket on one end and an XT60 adapter on the other, cos I've now got a bench power supply, LiPO charger, and soon a soldering iron that all work off of that

2018-05-01 15:09:14 UTC

So only need to carry around my laptop + charger and swap it out when needed

2018-05-01 15:10:19 UTC

Bleh. banggood points are only like $5 off. I'd rather redeem for bangood mugs + tshirts

2018-05-01 15:25:34 UTC

Nice.

2018-05-01 16:14:38 UTC

Anyone managed to find an android snes emulator without input lag?

2018-05-01 16:23:09 UTC

hello, any wallet suggestions

2018-05-01 16:27:03 UTC

keep it safe

2018-05-01 16:27:44 UTC

put it in your pants

2018-05-01 16:27:56 UTC

2018-05-01 16:28:08 UTC

2018-05-01 16:28:32 UTC
