Push-ups (one minute) 25
Sit-ups (one minute) 40

Silver status shall be
Run two miles in 15:30 minutes
Push-ups (one minute) 30
Sit-ups (one minute) 50

Gold status shall be
Run two miles in 14:00 minutes
Push-ups (one minute) 45
Sit-ups (one minute) 60

To participate as a member of the security detail or color guard, you must be silver status or above. Pins will be awarded for members who qualify that can be worn on your jacket.
