I don't really see how this is pro-family, as it incentivizes single-motherhood, which is a great societal ill to every community. The current black community is an excellent example of this, though I understand that doesn't translate 1:1 with whites in terms of how it impacts each group

I think this is all going to be on a case by case scenario.

In a later point (I forget which one) it talks about making divorce much harder to be had though. If they weren't divorced, this leaves only premarital sex. I don't think the state should promote premarital sex by de facto. If women choose to do so they should suffer the consequences of it, which will lead to much less of that going on. If the man however runs off, yes, she should get assistance.

But at the same time, there's a case to be argued that if there wasn't such a safety net women would be much more picky with their men, which would be better all-around.

In certain circumstances to have a bastard is better, but in the kind of society we'd all like I think it would be preferable to have children within wedlock than promote children outside of wedlock

A child born out of wedlock is a travesty, imo. That being said, the child should not have to suffer for the sins of his mother and father. Support would have to be given to single mothers (whose mate refuses to marry them), in order for the child to be raised properly. We must also remember that if the 25 Points came into power, the overall society will already be Traditional, or on its way to becoming such, so feminism and THOTs won't exist in the same manner they do now. Unwed mothers would be a rare thing, vs commonplace, as it is now.

If they're forced to struggle on their own as a result of their actions I think you'll find it happening much less than if they're supported to similar extents by the state as if they had a husband
