Up here in New England the Heroin epidemic is bad last I heard ME and MA are the top states for ODs this year so far New Bedford MA and Fall River MA has had over 100 OD deaths this year so far

I really believe that any one that is arrested for selling Meth , crack Heroin or other hard drugs should be charged with first degree murder and given the death penalty being they know what they sell will kill the people they are selling it to
