I think McKinnon was honeypotted, plain and simple. Government employees come up with crazy shit to put in the honeypot in case anyone ever accesses it. Fake rosters of E.T.s, diagrams of crazy space vehicles, "proof" of hollow earth, whatever they think up on coffee break.
