Everything they do in court is about the administration of abandoned estate property in probate, nothing more.
A "drivers license" is a license that one must have in order to use the roads and highways as a place of business as a for hire carrier or a contract carrier, there is no law that forces you to enter into a contract with the filthy corporate state without your consent.
