Just got back from the gym
Im skinny AF, and they always put the new shredded guys who joined our gym against me, to shut their egos down. I'm 6' and flux between 150 and 160...been in more street fights than I can count, always against bigger guys, and I've only lost a couple fights (not bragging, just stating facts...muscles dont account for shit against someone who in trained in fighting).

@John Mosby yeah when I first got the idea to do mma I went to KMAA, trained with OSPs coach. Did a session with Tractor when he came into town. Good times, cool you trained there as well! What time period? I was there in 2013-14ish

I had to quit cuz I moved across town and started having kids.
They have a new location a lot closer to me, and lowered their rates, so I think Ill start going back this spring.

OSP is really cool...always super nice to me, even though everyone there knew I was WN (everyone was super cool with me, for that matter).

Ya, they wanted me to fight on their team...I was scheduled for my first AM fight, but had to drop out right before it, cuz my kid was born with heart problems.
I guess they didn't give AF that my WP tats would be visible.
I have a bunch of skinhead bros (now TWP), who trained with Casey Oxendine in Tri-Cities, too
thats a great video so far...got through 30 minutes last night
here's a conditioning workout we did last night...easy to do at home. being able to train at home is key I have discovered
my life is fuking busy! so I can't always make it to the gym.
30 sec skip knees
30 sec run in place
30 sec front kick and high knees
30 sec jump squats
30 second 1/2 combo, left/right low leg kicks
Repeat that 3 times
take 1 minute break
and then find some open space and moving laterally, throw jab/right cross/left hook and shuffle right...repeat 10 times
then reverse and go back the same direction
30 sec throwing whatever combos you like, drop do 20 pushups
repeat 3 times
front kick, cross, left hook, right elbow, knee, rear kick
Nice. Im busy AF, myself. I never have time to workout, but I need to, at least, do a bit of cardio...
Im trying to get it to where every time the goys get together we do some boxing and grappling, as well.
In case a Mad Max scenario breaks out...
yeah if you can do that at home its a good thing...takes 20 minutes or so
