where there is a system of checks and balances and passing legislation usually means it's there for a good while

and hey if one person fucks something up with a disastrous policy the next president can fix it

not to mention a president usually gets re-elected to an 8 year term

conservatives say we need to emancipate the states, but i feel that isn't going far enough, and i feel that they want it for all the wrong reasons

we need to emancipate all the voting districts to increase collective autonomy, and prevent regional manipulation by neoliberal organizations for profit

this is a truer and more just form of democracy

if you're going to have a centralized state, especially with neolibs and neocons in charge, you might as well forget about voting altogether
