@fassel use the SwiftKey app, create an account with them, then your keyboard follows you to any device and through any update. Stock keyboard is garbage.
There is a way to undo updates, but it'd be hard to walk you through over the air rather than in person. Plus Google will eventually force you to update again because many of your apps will become incompatible with the old OS
