The clothing is only part of the equation
Wearing good clothes doesn't automatically make you look good. Spending days rehearsing your marches out in the wilderness helps though

Their optics are on point because Europe has a long ah istory of militaristic political movements and they themselves have the time and locations to practice their marches, as well as professional photographers to make them look even better
But at the very least, it would leave no room for confusion on who our guys were, lol

Maybe practice on a smaller scale
the easy sell on "new" uniforms is to keep as much of the existing uniform
right, we're not Europe. But if we're looking for ways to improve our look, it makes sense to see how more established and successful movements have done it

Get some chants down
Not just optics, but also bringing a positive message to the table. NRM, Golden Dawn, the Italian fascist party, etc. all have boots on the ground doing food banks and charity drives and what not
So when they march they alreayd have a degree of public support
