Like you said, we need ppl in the streets. We need more numbers. The best way to do that is to take up space in the public square. The bigger we look, the easier it is for ppl to justify the decision to come over to our side. We need more torch marches like the one we had at the university of Virginia. So many ppl told me that they came over as a result of seeing that march. We can easily coordinate one like that in secret. I mean that march pretty much was need to know up until it was time to role out. Things like that swell our numbers.

Another plan I think would be good is quick in and outs protesting pill mills and check cashing places in Appalachia.
Just have people with well made signs pointing out how these companies poison the community. Get photo ops and get out.
No chance for commies to show up and set people up. No bad optics of any kind.
