Try dif browser?
Maybe you're on a network that it's been blocked on like work or school
I see you're using a VPN so probably not that
Idk I’m at home either way so I don’t think it’s a network thing. It’s not a big deal I’ll just try again later or something
Does anyone have any fashy scholars they’d recommend? Trying to get deeper into the philosophy/history end of things.
Giovanni Gentile is excellent

Rome has an entirely different context for politicians. Legislative and military and judicial careers were interwoven
Even religion was an extension of the state ethic. It still bred ruthless bastards but their success was still tired to the betterment of the state
@ashrob NJ Julius Evola is one of my favorites
Intense read tho
Looking up some trad American artwork to use for some visuals.
It's actually harder than you'd think, because Google now interprets "American" artwork as Latin American and Native American scribbles on clay pots or buffalo skins respectively.
Roflamo
@Flagg I’ve been meaning to get into him. I think what I’m gonna do is get a reading list together and make a schedule for myself, kind of like a self-taught class
Heres some Pics. What kind of American art are you looking for?
Traditional, representing settlers, pioneers, rugged folk engaged in some hardship.
For the boys in a field, I was thinking of extending the sky upwards and putting "TO OURSELVES AND OUR POSTERITY" over it.
@Thomas Ryan I like that one. The boys in the field is also really good though. Adds to the nostalgia.
