If I'm not mistaken the stages to Communism are feudalism, capitalism, socialism, and then finally communism itself.
I have not researched feudalism enough to know what it means, but the rest is fairly spot on.
Feudalism was like the system in Europe during the Medieval times where nobles would own land and peasants would work on it essentially.

Well, the one good point I gathered from communism is the fact that yeah, we are capable of creating abundance for everyone, we have the technology and the knowledge.
The whole thing with equality is bullshit though really, people were never equal and if you step that up to racial demographics, they are not equal either.
You can want equality while acknowledging that it isn't actually possible.
