Basically my heart is trying to grieve fir everything i lost. My partner, her kid, my home. But my mind wont let it, so it bulds and builds until finaly i snap ig. I tgink i cried for over an hour when the ladg said i wasnt missing her, i was missing the hopes and dreams i had

Split up with my girlfriend of 2 years yesterday. Woke up today to a text from some guy who basically said he fucked her brains out.
