I got PT with my Marine recruit unit again today, but I pushed myself WAAAY to hard on Tuesday and my thighs are hard as concrete. It's painful to even try to walk, and getting up or trying to sit down is really difficult. Idk what to do. I don't want to disappoint my recruiters or the poolees who I am the squad leader for, but I'm in some serious pain
Well an injury before shipping is more of a problem
I don't think it's on that level, and even if it were I don't ship until December 9th
I'm just really, really, REALLY fucking sore
I'm just not sure of how to get my muscles to relax quickly enough so that way I can at least go to PT and pace myself
Then suck it up and run pt, if you fall out you fall out
Well, what advice do you have for at least getting my muscles to chill out enough so I can pace myself at least where I won't be a total God damn drag?
Cuz I sat down on my couch, and it actually felt like my entire thighs from glute to just above the knee turned into solid concrete from flexing just to do that

It helps me when i overdo myself
I'll give it a shot
Any other ideas I could try along with that?
