and even during the period he wasnt he had his little puppet in power
And we don't see a single soul against him
Prob they're too drunk to do so
The famine fucked up their minds
So no shit, anyone that tries to tamper with communist monuments and shit gets locked up pretty quick
Very possible
Russia without a liberalized (different meaning in the east) revolution of sorts is destined to fall into the hands of a dictatorial state, it's just in their nature. Vatniks can't even imagine life without it
It's what they know
Now if they'd just keep to their own sphere of influence that'd be fine
it's like the whole war on terror. You can't bestow a capitalist democracy upon a culture featured around theocratic monarchy
Prime example
Russia is like a puffer fish, try to look big in the presence of other countries, but don't even has the economic power to stay in a long term war
I'm not talking shit about slavic culture
Afghanistan tried to vote in the same dudes we ousted
exactly
Holy shit you guys really would enjoy reading Chomsky
and that's not even
Gnoma Chomsky the outdated anarchist?
Outdated is a little harsh, but yes. Noam Chomsky. You guys are literally saying shit that he talks about
And tbh it's pretty interesting to read
Like most people get fucking terrified when they hear the word socialist because they associate it with the Soviet Union
Chomsky along with any scholar worth his salt will tell you that the biggest problem that happened there was that Lenin and Stalin both centralized their power within the state under their own personal rule
well yeah
socialism in its purest form is supposed to be a basic direct democracy with an industry and economic characteristics based on the culture surrounding the nation
example: Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Soviet Socialism
but the land grabbers come and start demanding shit and it gets real fucky from there
That's why an armed society is a polite society
Its a paradox
There's a lot of socialist ideas I agree with I just don't like a government having that much control
Hence why you should read Chomsky
Full state democracy will never exist
He argues in favor of a decentralized concept
You don't need to instill it at a state level
That's the fucking problem every revolution has xD
This is what cracks me up
People keep on thinking that they can just use a government to conduct socialism or even communism
in my personal opinion socialism is outdated of Marx's teachings. And other than Chomsky or the scandinavian welfare state, there is no modern derivitive of socialism
No one wants a direct democracy. I'm in favor of the republic still
But they forget that Marx literally stated that communism is a post-capitalist, stateless, classless society
STATELESS
That's the word they miss
