Inverse pyramids are awesome.
Did 2 hrs of Muay Thai today (non sparring). About todo a half hour workout and 3km run.

Also, the oikos protein blended Greek yogurt with the grains is the shit. 17 grams of protein in one cup plus calcium.
Also has 6 grams of fiber to help you with your protein shits.
You should try the store brand unflavored/unsweetened greek yogurt. cheaper, and still really good.
I like to make oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, and apple sauce. Then put a nice dollop of the greek yogurt on top.
Hour of legs followed by another 30 minutes of toes to bar and windshield wipers. Arby's beef gyro, 4 piece mozzarella stick, onion rings and a Mountain Dew because I fucking deserve it.
