If you could implement your ideal health care system how would it be ran?

I'll preface mine with the caveat that it'd be in a White Ethnostate. Different conversation for a different day.

I'd personally nationalize the health insurance industry and replace it with federal health insurance savings accounts that don't cover procedures relating to diseases caused by self inflicted actions, such as treatment for lung cancer if you have a history of smoking, liver damage and failure from alcoholism, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and so on, from obesity if there isn't an underlying medical issue, and so on. I would also implement a safety net that covers accidents and other stuff such as car accidents, cancer treatment if it isn't from a lifestyle choice, and so on

@everyone Daily question. Is democracy a flawed system or is it not? Is it too outdated for the 21st Century?

Well it does have major flaws

For example now the government is in self destruction. Some people disagree and others agree. What ends up happening is not many things pass through and in turn the government is less effective
