Speaking of movies, some friends and I saw Wonder Woman tonight, and I actually enjoyed it. It wasn't as feminists as I thought it'd be.

Afterwards, though, we went out for fro-yo, and aside from the cashiers, we were literally the only white people there. There were maybe four blacks and twenty-plus Muslims.

Sorry, extra paranoid. Tried to help out a friend who's wife is something you'd see on a talk show. Let him stay on my couch a couple nights while they were fighting, suddenly CPS is up our ass. And in michigan, CPS can basically do whatever the fuck they want to you, and you have zero recourse.

Yeah, it's similar down here, or at least where I live. When I was little (like five or so), my aunt was married to an abusive guy (the father of her three kids), and CPS got called a bunch and tried taking them away from her, even though she was just trying to keep them safe from her husband. Eventually it all got sorted once my grandparents assumed temporary custody of my cousins and they proved to CPS that my aunt was the problem, but I think it took like three years for them to stop checking up on her once she finally got divorced.

Yeah, once you're in the system, you never get out. Wife had to get back surgery, they tried like the devil to say that because of that she wasn't capable of seeing to the kids. I told them, i'm the say at home parent and it was like i was speaking latin to them.
