But it’s usually powerlifting with some bodybuilding stuff mixed in.

I’m from Missouri. I mostly focus on flexibility and strength because my most of my muscles are extremely tight, so they need to be loosened and strengthened. I am in the process of converting to traditional Catholicism. I want to join because I want to meet people who believe in Christ and aren’t heretics or self-idolizing dorks.

I’m a nondenominational Christian but am looking into both Catholicism and Orthodoxy for more spiritual guidance and may convert to one. I want to have more Christian influence.

I come from Facebook I was asking about a US chapter, currently I'm broke and near homelessness so my best workout routine until I can get to a better financial situation is just some simple workouts with a dumbell. I'm Catholic and I'd like to join Wargus Christi as seeing the devotion of my brothers in the New Zealand chapter was inspiring and brings me pride in my faith.

Greetings, i am from Mexico and im 18 years old. Honestly the only excercise i've done in my life is cardio, im looking forward to start doing other things. Im a Catholic and i want to improve in faith, physique and virtue.

Hello! And thanks! I’m brand new to discord, sorry about the delay. Give me a sec to type an intro.

I’m from the States, born in California, grew up in Arkansas, where I still reside. I’m 28, I’m a traditionalist, I believe in God, Family, and Country. I want to be the best me that I can be, mentally and spiritually sound and physically fit and ready.

I’m a bartender, a lot of my exercise comes from work actually. Lifting kegs and toting beer up flights of stairs, bouncing the rude patrons out. I mountain bike, and I predominantly only put beef, bacon, eggs, and water in my body. Sometimes some milk, if I feel like eating some pizza once a month I don’t beat myself up about it.

I ran across the Wargus Christi page on Facebook through a sponsored ad I’m pretty sure. I’ve been in a sort of self renaissance as of late. I grew up Pentecostal, raised in the church, but backslid. The older I grow the more important it is for me to retain tradition and be closer to God and follow the teachings of Christ more closely.

Canada. I'm looking to start up a training plan and looking for advice. I have stayed somewhat in shape but I want to build up strength and fitness more. I've been a Roman Catholic my whole life but never took my faith seriously until around 2 years ago. Now I'm taking my faith very seriously and working to improve my knowledge of Catholicism and working to improve my strength in my faith. With this I have been helping my girlfriend get baptized, so eventually we can get married and start a family. I wanted to join you guys cause you guys seem like a well grounded group. I would like to hear advice from you guys and also help anyone in the group with growing in their faith
