@Darradarljod Hello, I saw this link in your FB page. I am from Canada. I am getting training in muay-thai and Jiu-jitsu. Also I do weight lifting. I feel this is the right group so that I will be trained and disciplined according to Christian teachings. I was brought in Catholic Church which are full of heresis. Thank God after moving to Canada I start to attend traditional Latin Mass which is so reverent and full of young people. @Darradarljod, I saw your Facebook page and wanted to devote myself more to God through physical fitness and penance. I am a Roman catholic revert, I've been trying to gain muscle and loose fat for the military, and believe deeply in Stength, Honour, Courage, and Mastery. I've been seeking like minded groups and individuals for this, and cane across the group. My strength routine is: 3×10 Reverse Rows, 3×10 Bicep Curls, 3×10 tricep dips, 3×10 Deadlift, 3×10 Squat/Leg press, 3×10 dumbbell press, 1 mile in 10 mins (been trying to get it down to about 7 or 8 mins), 3×10 shoulder shrugs, 3×10 weighted oblique lifting (not sure what to call it).

I’m from Missouri. I mostly focus on flexibility and strength because my most of my muscles are extremely tight, so they need to be loosened and strengthened. I am in the process of converting to traditional Catholicism. I want to join because I want to meet people who believe in Christ and aren’t heretics or self-idolizing dorks.
