From the USA, trainin program is 6-4-2 with weekly variation, born and raised nondenominational Christian but have been questioning to change due to politically driven pastors, want to join a group of good folk who have a good mind for the lord and apply it to this dark world of sin

Salut. I am from Korea. Training program? (read some older entry posts and it seems it's about physical training). I jog around the river nearly every morning and evening and sometimes bike. I'm Christian (officially Reformed/Presbyterian), currently serving at a church as a youth leader (not ordained pastor but there's a rank in Korea that we call jeondosa) and I was invited by Lyubit.

@Darradarljod Hello, hello. Sorry for the wait. I´m from Serbia. My training program is one I made for myself based on body I want to have. It´s a mix of body weight, free weight and boxing. Orthodox, the first in my family to have studied it at school after the fall of communism. Someone invited me here saying that this server suits me.

@Darradarljod Hello, I saw this link in your FB page. I am from Canada. I am getting training in muay-thai and Jiu-jitsu. Also I do weight lifting. I feel this is the right group so that I will be trained and disciplined according to Christian teachings. I was brought in Catholic Church which are full of heresis. Thank God after moving to Canada I start to attend traditional Latin Mass which is so reverent and full of young people. Once again thank you so much for revealing this group so that we brothers get trained in masculine Christianity (Original Christianity)

@Darradarljod, I saw your Facebook page and wanted to devote myself more to God through physical fitness and penance. I am a Roman catholic revert, I've been trying to gain muscle and loose fat for the military, and believe deeply in Stength, Honour, Courage, and Mastery. I've been seeking like minded groups and individuals for this, and cane across the group. My strength routine is: 3×10 Reverse Rows, 3×10 Bicep Curls, 3×10 tricep dips, 3×10 Deadlift, 3×10 Squat/Leg press, 3×10 dumbbell press, 1 mile in 10 mins (been trying to get it down to about 7 or 8 mins), 3×10 shoulder shrugs, 3×10 weighted oblique lifting (not sure what to call it).
