Flanders

Normally I just train at the local kickbox gym at least 3-5 times a week and I used to combine this with some strength training 2x a week

Had to skip out from September to January for my left shoulder

And this is my strength training part that I took from the internet about a year and half ago
Legs
Squat – 3 sets / 3-5 reps max

Lunges – 3 sets / 3-5 reps max (each side)

Upper Body Pull
1-Legged Deadlift – 3 sets / 3-5 reps max (each side)

Weighted Pull-ups – 3 sets / 3-5 reps max

Upper Body Push
1-Arm Chest Press – 3 sets / 3-5 reps max (each side)

Weighted Dips – 3 sets / 3-5 reps max

-Gym, I usually alternate between cardio/lift day, 3-5 times a week, cardio is usually running, lifting is basically full body with squats/bench/overhead

@Dyno I'm from southern California, I lift regularly big compound movements Bench 275, Deadlift 405, Squat 395 and looking to start fighting soon. I have gone to university and work in the medical field and I also undertook an extensive biblical study school that deepened my knowledge of God's word and my faith. Besides that I have done missionary work in Mexico, India, Paraguay, and Argentina.
The reason I am joining is because I want a group of like minded men who worship Christ in the pursuit of all things including lifting and fighting, not just another coffee and donuts bible study. I am very interested to see what Wargus Christi has put together in NZ and am looking to start something similar with lots of men in Southern California because the need is great out there and I know many brothers are without community besides going to church on Sunday and we need that now more than ever.

I live my life striving to honor the Lord and I keep the biblical commands dear to my heart. I’d like to join as I lack strong christian male community and have a few friends of mine already in the brotherhood. I heard of this group by their word and would like to be apart of this
