Greetings, I am from New Zealand

My training program consists of waking at 5.30am, stretching for 45mins then going for a run (20 meter beep test) followed by a prayer/meditation. I return home and have a cold shower and some breakfast, then I'm into my morning study, play a couple rounds of chess, read a little, then off to work

In the evening I do my exercise routine

10 mins stretches
25 pushups
2x 100 starjumps
25 pushups
3x 33 squats
25 pushups
55x curl ups
25 pushups
5x 30 dumbells + Kegels

followed by another run (15 meter beep test) and another cold shower

My faith, I believe in god, our creator, he dwells within and walks every step with me

I have been searching for some time for a group of like minded men

Morning <@&608791492521230348>. I am in NZ. My exercise regime consists of a daily walk of 5km in the morning, gym at lunchtime (week days), and a 3km run in the evening. Sundays morning is a 10km run before church.
