@Kurt even if you're getting gassed, you don't put on a mask. You deal with it and move away from the area where the cops are trying to disperse people. If you choose to wear a mask, then you'll be getting gassed and also be getting arrested and being charged with a felony for violating the no mask laws. No masks at this event literally means no masks.

If police are popping tear gas or pepper bombs, that means they're trying to disperse a crowd, which means they've probably given everyone in the area fair warning to get the fuck out. In that case, you shouldn't be near the gas because you decided to evacuate the area. Goggles might also be considered a mask, so I wouldn't take the risk.

I am more worried about our opposition, and their m80s in bottles and rocks.
