Minor rule rewrite, see rule 8

Hello everyone, I have been offline for a few days, so I have been unaware of the happenings of the server. Do keep in mind that if I do not respond to a DM, I am not ignoring you, I'm usually occupied by something else, didn't see it, or am offline

I am considering a name change for this server. "Patriots United" is a working title, but you can share suggestions in <#507040477111910401>

A new change in staff is underway as well as a restructuring of the server and a new way of applying rules. So far, not too much is going to change, the general "Don't call for violence, don't make threats, and don't violate the ToS" are all still in place, as well as the other rules listed.

Also, there is a huge ongoing purge happening on Discord right now. Working on a backup plan in case we get taken down.

In light of this, I will be making a backup for this server, and I encourage you all to have some backup method of communication with me in the likely event this one is taken down, too

I am considering marking all channels as "not safe for work," not so everyone can post porn, but because NSFW channels are monitored less by Discord (supposedly). Normal rules will all still be in effect, should this change occur.
