If it involves booking any sort of vendors for chairs/food/etc. it would be better to know sooner rather than later. If it's just us bringing miscellaneous food, it doesn't really matter too much

Let me amend what I've been saying. I have no intel on violence that's being planned. My thoughts about women at events are in general because I do think we want women to support us in the mainstream, and then seeing other women involved will help fascilitate that. But obviously a free for all with strong potential for violence isn't where we want our women.

I think it's already been said, but VanAm alongside other groups in the NF, is not bringing any women to the event. There's an entire future of less public, more family friendly events which will be more suitable.
