I normally don't discourage anyone from conceal carrying, but those who are young or lack experience should consider not carrying and sticking with groups who have someone who is carrying.

I doubt the left will try to have a shoot out at the rally, they know it would be a firing squad for them. But exiting the event and times outside the rally are where the need to carry really is.
