Is there laws against burning flags? I would assume lighting a fire in a public place is some sort of misdemeanor...Anyone have more info on that. I really want to burn a sodomite flag
It's a murky legal territory because its constitutionally protected speech but might run afoul of fire ordinances
I don't know if cops would be willing to risk a First Amendment lawsuit over it or not.
They would likely arrest the person and force them to come to court and then drop the charges after the hassle.
Courts won't hear moot cases.
