I think I watched his stuff back in like the 2006 - 2008 era or whenever he was famous for the banana video. Then his forums got all kinds of communist like and I fell away soon after.

I was young when I started watching him and I thought the stuff he was saying and doing was okay

And a headache

Everyone has a right to use YT as a platform for their thoughts etc... but when you make yourself out to be an idiot and do a bunch of backflips through lies and poor decisions, eh... you should probably step back and reevaluate what you're there to do.

Have a sense of purpose and dignity.

i watched him when i was younger but thankfully was never super into him. i remember watching the videos where he rated clearly underaged girls by their appearance and was pretty disgusted with it

who in the right mind thinks rating 12-16 year old girls on how attractive they are is an okay thing? especially when theyre 30? just outright nasty. the grooming thing doesnt surprise me at all

maybe after this current escapade gets wrapped up, people can start communicating with each other to try to restrain themselves from righteously giving the guy attention, Rep included. It's clear he's not suffering as long as people are talking about him. He needs to be properly starved

to be fair though, watching other peoples content about onision lets people know whats up with their favorite dramawhore without directly watching his videos

and helps gives subs + views to smaller channels!

And repzion does usually make it clear to not watch onions original video.

Ultimately that's not good enough though because it's just adding content he can use to bolster his own channel. If everyone, and I mean everyone turns away from him and refuses to react to him, he's going to struggle.

And yeah, I understand the thing with helping smaller channels grow, but really in the face of beating him you can't play that game

Honestly it’s a no-win situation. Unless onion’s channel gets taken down, or he gets charged (he honestly should be) then they’re gonna keep doing what they’re doing with or without an audience

Though, I do know that the fact that he is criticized does lead some of his audience to not watch him anymore, so I do see the value in that.

totally can make the case that outside perspectives can help people draw away from him as well
